Hamdan Street, or Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Street as it is called [1][2], is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Abu Dhabi. It is known for its affordable shopping outlets, a series of traditional and modern restaurants, and for its lively nightlife. It is located between Al Hosn and Al Zahiyah, and is about 15 minutes away from the Abu Dhabi city centre. Some of the attractions in the area include the Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi [2], the Abu Dhabi Cultural Foundation, and the Abu Dhabi Mall.
